■Product Description
The Agano is a light cruiser completed in 1942.
It was built as the flagship of a torpedo squadron, possessing both the agility to attack and outmaneuver the enemy ahead of the main force of the allies, and the offensive power of oxygen torpedoes that could strike the enemy at high speed from long range.
The kit adds 48 newly molded plastic parts to create a model of the Agano-class's lead ship.
The differences from the Yahagi, such as the funnel, flight deck, bridge parts, aft bridge, searchlight platform,
Type 1 Model 2 Type 11 catapult, and torpedo tubes without gun shields, are clearly made and precisely reproduced.
Two Type 0 three-seat seaplanes are included. A display stand is included.
The kit reproduces the majestic appearance unique to the Agano, with its smart and simple design.
It has a different appearance from the "Yahagi Ten-Go Operation" with its enhanced anti-aircraft armament.
