The 2-door hardtop “Butaketsu Laurel” “SGX”, a performance-oriented model, is reproduced with completely new molds based on thorough research of the actual car!!
In 1972, the second-generation Laurel appeared as a high-end car, following in the footsteps of the first generation.
It gained popularity for its driving performance based on a basic design shared with the 4th generation Kenmeri Skyline, and its sophisticated interior.
The catchphrase, “Drive slowly. Live slowly,” expresses the mature ease that permeates the Laurel.
This product is a kit of the late model (1973) of the top-of-the-line 2-door hardtop “SGX”.
The styling with its distinctive rear view, known as Butaketsu, and the luxurious interior are reproduced with completely new molds based on thorough research of the actual car.
The body parts are white. The front and rear bumpers, front grille, and headlight mirrors are chrome-plated parts.
Window paint decals are included.
