This is a plastic model assembly kit of the British battleship King George V, which was completed in October 1940 as a 35,000-ton class battleship, and in May 1941, along with Rodney, contributed to the sinking of the German battleship Bismarck, and in the latter half of the war, moved its field of activity to the Pacific and added naval bombardment against the Japanese mainland. The model reproduces the appearance during the attack on the Japanese mainland, with significantly enhanced anti-aircraft armament including radar, additional anti-aircraft machine guns, and multiple rocket launchers. The smokestacks, bridge, and derricks are also finished with a high level of three-dimensionality.
