■Product Description
[The presence of a ship born in the Taisho era condensed into 1/700 scale]
The Kuma-class is a representative Japanese light cruiser built during the Taisho era. This is a plastic model assembly kit of the Kiso, the fifth ship of the class, completed in 1921, and active in the Pacific War, including the invasion of the Aleutian Islands and the Philippines. The model is reproduced as it appeared around 1932. The three funnels and masts, with the two forward and one aft having different shapes, the 8cm anti-aircraft guns, and the bridge with a canvas canopy are all reproduced with rich texture. The hull molding, including the degaussing circuits and anchor chains, is also sharply finished. It will be fun to collect it alongside other Kuma-class ships.
