■Product Description
Close air support missions are designed to attack enemy ground forces from the air and support friendly ground forces. This is a plastic model assembly kit of the US Air Force A-10A Thunderbolt II, which flew on this mission during the 1991 Gulf War and proved effective in attacking Iraqi tanks and positions. The model faithfully reproduces the features of the Thunderbolt II, such as the robust fuselage with two engines and the straight wings that provide excellent stability at low altitudes. The powerful 30mm cannons protruding from the nose and the rows of missiles and bombs lined up on the underside of the fuselage speak to its superior offensive capabilities. Includes one pilot figure and five types of waterslide decals.
