■Product Description
This is a plastic model assembly kit of the Type 97 Chi-Ha medium tank, which fought as the main battle tank of the Japanese Army throughout the Pacific War. The kit faithfully models the well-proportioned and beautiful style, including the complex shape of the hull joined with rivets, the asymmetrical turret with a short-barreled 57mm gun, the distinctive headband antenna, and the seesaw-type suspension. The engine compartment grille is removable, and the internal oil cooler is also reproduced. The kit includes one tank commander figure, one bust of a driver, and six types of waterslide decals, including one of a tank belonging to the 1st Tank Regiment that participated in the Malayan invasion.
