■Product Description
Appearing in the latter half of World War II, this is a plastic model assembly kit of the US Army Air Forces P-51D Mustang, which supported the Allied victory with its well-balanced high performance in terms of speed, maneuverability, range, and firepower. The aerodynamically refined style, including the streamlined nose, the radiator housed in the lower fuselage, and the main wings known as laminar flow wings, is realistically reproduced. The excellent basic design is also conveyed through the model. Two 75-gallon drop tanks can be attached under the main wings. Three types of colorful waterslide decals are included, including the aircraft of Lieutenant Colonel JC Meyer of Fighter Squadron 487.
