■Product Description
[The Roar of the Long-Barreled Gun Resonating in North Africa] The Panzer IV fought from the beginning to the end of World War II and earned the trust of German soldiers. Among them, the G model was the first to be equipped with a long-barreled 7.5cm gun in order to confront powerful tanks such as the T-34 encountered in the invasion of the Soviet Union. Production took place from March 1942 to June 1943, with a total production of 1,930 units. There were differences in equipment depending on the production period, with early production vehicles mainly characterized by a barrel length about 40cm shorter than the later models and the presence of a rounded muzzle brake. The G model was welcomed as a promising force on the Eastern Front and the African Front, and countered Soviet and British tanks with its high armor penetration and long range. In particular, the vehicles of Rommel's Africa Corps were feared by the British and called the "Mk.IV Special".

This is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit of the Panzer IV Ausf. G. ★Total length 187mm, total width 82mm. ★Based on research of the actual vehicle, the powerful appearance of the vehicle with a long-barreled 43-caliber 7.5cm gun on a flat-paneled hull is realistically modeled. ★A wide variety of accessory parts such as sandbags, jerrycans, and spare tracks are included. You can recreate the appearance of the vehicle on the African front after field modifications. ★The tracks are a link-type with integrated parts. A jig is also provided to finish the sag at the top. ★To enhance the sense of realism, the figures consist of four full-body figures: the commander looking forward from the cupola hatch, the gunner and loader leaning out from the side hatches, and the infantry commander leaning against the rear of the turret, plus one half-body figure of the driver. ★Includes markings for two types of vehicles deployed on the African and Eastern Fronts.
