■Product Description
[The Red Devil's Markings That Intimidate the Battlefield]
The M4A3E8 Easy Eight was the final version of the M4 Sherman tank during World War II. It featured a later-model welded hull with improved armor protection and was equipped with a V8 gasoline engine. Its high mobility thanks to the horizontal suspension system (HVSS) and wide tracks, along with the excellent anti-tank combat capabilities of its 76mm gun, contributed to the Allied victory. After the war, it continued to be used by the US military with minor improvements, and was deployed against North Korea's T34/85 in the Korean War, which broke out in 1950. With a highly trained crew and the frequent use of high-velocity armor-piercing rounds, it proved effective and fought valiantly until the armistice in 1953. In the Battle of the Han River in 1951, some vehicles were seen with large, fierce tiger or devil faces painted on the front of the hull or turret as a psychological tactic against the Chinese Volunteer Army.

[Model Specifications]
This is a plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the M4A3E8 as it appeared during the Korean War. ★1/35 scale, total length 215mm, total width 86mm. ★The powerful appearance with improvements made to each part is realistically modeled. ★The canvas cover of the gun shield also has a good sense of three-dimensionality. ★The deflector of the later model, the modified engine deck and traveling lock, the external telephone box, and the first aid kit are also delicately finished. ★The wide double-pin T80 tracks are easy to assemble and feature a realistic belt-type design. ★The M2 heavy machine gun mount and barrel mounting section are separate parts made using slide molding. This achieves both high fidelity and ease of assembly. ★Includes two sets of decals, including two half-figures of a commander and loader, and a vehicle belonging to the 89th Tank Battalion, Rice's Red Devils, known for its red devil face. ★A Communist field car is also included. It can be used to create dioramas.
