[A fierce tiger equipped with a 38cm rocket launcher]
The German Stormtiger was a vehicle that appeared at the end of World War II as an attack vehicle for fortresses, equipped with a 38cm rocket launcher on the chassis of a Tiger I tank. It boasted heavy armor of 15cm on the front and 8cm on the sides of its fighting compartment and was equipped with a huge main gun that fired rockets measuring 1.5m in length and weighing approximately 350kg. Eighteen vehicles were produced between August and December 1944, modified from the chassis of Tiger I tanks sent back from the battlefield. The first few were deployed to suppress the Polish Home Army uprising in Warsaw and continued to fight on German soil until the end of the war.

This is a 1/48 scale plastic model assembly kit of the Storm Tiger. ★Total length 133mm, total width 78mm. ★The impressive appearance with a thick, short gun barrel is realistically modeled with an easy-to-assemble parts configuration. ★The 38cm rocket launcher has a rifling pattern reproduced inside. ★The armor plates of the fighting compartment use parts division that conforms to the welding lines of the actual vehicle. ★The gun is movable up, down, left, and right, and the ammunition supply crane can rotate. ★The tracks are partially linked with integrated parts. ★Includes one crew figure standing outside the vehicle. ★The weight inside the vehicle creates a sense of weight. *The finished product in the photo uses a separately sold coating sheet set.
