■Product Description
[Greatly expands the possibilities of dioramas for aircraft models]
During World War II, the German Air Force used dedicated power supply vehicles to prevent the depletion of onboard batteries when starting aircraft engines and testing onboard equipment and weapons. The work was carried out by plugging a cable extending from the power supply vehicle into the aircraft's external power connection port, and it was widely used not only for propeller-driven aircraft but also for jet and rocket-powered aircraft. In addition, a Kettenkrad was sometimes used to tow the power supply vehicle.

[About the Kettenkrad]
Among the half-tracks widely used by the German army during World War II, it is a small, multi-purpose towing vehicle originally developed for airborne troops. Taking advantage of its excellent off-road capability and towing capacity, it was used to tow artillery, various trailers, and aircraft.
