[The shape of a new era FR sports car created by a horizontally opposed engine]
The Subaru BRZ was released in March 2012 as an FR sports car equipped with a horizontally opposed 4-cylinder 2.0-liter engine called the "Boxer". The lightweight and highly rigid chassis thoroughly pursues a low center of gravity and is equipped with a specially tuned front strut and rear double wishbone independent suspension on all four wheels. Combined with an attractive body form with excellent aerodynamics, it is a new era sports car that allows you to fully enjoy the fun of driving.
