【It's the most powerful type of tiger that emerged at the end of World War II.】
The King Tiger was a German heavy tank introduced near the end of World War II in 1944. It was equipped with a 150mm frontal and 80mm side armor and a 700 horsepower Mibach HL 230-P30 engine. The first 50 cars were designed by Porsche, but in mass production it became an improved version of the Henschel design. The main gun was equipped with the same 88mm, 71mm, and even more powerful Type 43 tank guns. It was capable of striking 170mm armour ahead of 1,000 m. By March 1945, 430 vehicles were being produced, and the King Tiger was feared by the Allies for its powerful destructive and defensive power.
