【The actual final development of the IV tank.】
One of the most widely used and numerous variations of the German Army's IV tank during World War II, the H-type is the de facto final development type due to its high completion rate. The main gun is equipped with a powerful long-barreled 7.5 cm gun, and is equipped with an outer-frame auxiliary armour, such as the Schultzen, to defend against side armor and hatches from anti-tank rifles. More than 2,300 tanks were produced from April 1943 to February 1944.
