■Product Description
[Even the rough texture is condensed into 1/48 scale] The JS-2 was a Soviet heavy tank developed to counter powerful German tanks such as the Tiger I and Panther. It combined a powerful long-barreled 122mm gun, heavy armor up to 120mm thick, and excellent mobility, proving effective not only in anti-tank warfare but also in breaking through defensive positions. It contributed to the victory of the Soviet army as the main battle heavy tank at the end of the war. Vehicles produced at the Chelyabinsk Kirov Factory (ChKZ) after August 1944 are characterized by a one-piece cast hull front with enhanced protection.
[Model Specifications] This is a 1/48 scale plastic model assembly kit of the JS-2 1944 model ChKZ. ●The imposing appearance with a total length of 206mm and a long main gun is realistically modeled. ●The rounded cast hull front is also realistically reproduced. ●The weight inside the hull creates a sense of the tank's weight. ●The tracks are link-type with integrated parts. The sag at the top is also realistically represented. ●Includes one commander figure and four types of decals, including the Battle of Berlin.
