"Galaga," which appeared in 1981 as a sequel to "Galaxian" and enjoyed immense popularity in arcades, now features its player ship, the "Fighter," as a plastic model kit.

Hiroshi Yokoyama, the creator of "Maschinen Krieger," has transformed the "Fighter," which only existed as a graphic in the game, into a realistic presence. The result is a model that looks like a prop from a science fiction movie.
