The world of "MARUTTOYS," an original robot created by the up-and-coming sculptor MiZ (Mizuno Koki).
"MAMORU," the security robot that became a hot topic after being selected as a presentation work for the 36th Wonder Showcase, is now available as a plastic model kit with a significantly updated design!
【Setting】
The year is the 2060s.
"MAMORU" is the latest type of security robot released by the advanced company "ATARASY."
Developed to deal with crimes committed by robots and androids, "MAMORU" is extremely high-spec compared to other ATARASY products.
Equipped with the latest high-performance motor, it achieves high mobility and power, and is designed to be robust enough to withstand that performance.
In addition to being able to equip various options on the hardpoints and arms, this latest model of "MAMORU" can now use a sub-arm unit to handle equipment and perform fine movements that cannot be handled by the main arm.
Due to its high performance and expandability, "MAMORU" has been customized beyond the realm of security robots and is being used by rescue teams, police, and the military.
"MAMORU" can be ordered in colors to suit the purpose. "White Ver." is the image color of ATARASY and is the basic color of "MAMORU".
【Product Specifications】
・Full action model with 55 points of articulation throughout the body. brr ・The internal frame of the main body is completely reproduced. All exterior parts can be removed.
・Can transform from a compact "Normal Mode" to a "Work Mode" for work.
・The head is compatible with "Normal Type" and "Enhanced Sensor Equipped Type". Furthermore, the "Eliminator Mode" can be reproduced by inverting the head of the "Enhanced Sensor Equipped Type".
・The "sub-arm units," a hidden gimmick, can be deployed from both sides of the body.
・The "main arm unit" can be removed from the main body and used as an optional unit via a 3mm diameter joint (shaft).
・The kit is molded in three colors: "black," "light gray," and "colorless clear." Even just assembling it as is will reproduce a coloring close to the original design.
(The molded colors of the exterior and internal frame are different from the "MAMORU [White Ver.]" released at the same time.)
・The 3mm diameter joint (hole) on the bottom of the main body is compatible with the separately sold "New Flying Base."
【How to enjoy】
・By using the 3mm diameter joints (holes) all over the body and the 3mm diameter joints (shafts) of the optional parts, you can freely customize "MAMORU" by using parts from "MSG," "Frame Arms," "Frame Arms Girl," "Hexa Gear," etc.
・Without being limited to the 1/12 scale of the setting, you can share the same worldview with non-scale "Frame Arms Girl" and 1/24 scale "Hexa Gear" and enjoy combining them.
