【Aircraft Description】
The Messerfloat is a small unmanned Hexa Gear developed by the military-industrial complex MSG.
It shares many similarities with the Sneak Sight, which is also classified as an Alternative, such as not having an independent control device inside the aircraft but being remotely controlled via a control mother ship, and being an ornithopter that flies by flapping its movable wings, but its characteristics as a flying object are very different.
It has two pairs of extremely thin and strong wings, a total of four, which move back and forth at high speed, and by directing the thrust generated by each independently, it can freely move from hovering in the air to forward, backward, left, right, up and down, as well as rotate, and can fly at high speed even in narrow and complex paths such as jungles and mines. The special optical sensor on its head has a structure that combines many elements and provides a high-definition view even during flight, and works in conjunction with the acceleration sensor on the top of the head to control the aircraft's attitude. The abdominal hexagram storage, designed with ample margin for constant powered flight, is equipped with a plasma torch at its tip, used for cutting and welding metal structures. This equipment is characterized by its high energy efficiency and the length of the blade it generates, and is sometimes used by Governors like a sword. The two pairs of limbs have sharp hooks at the ends, and can be used to carry cargo and personnel in a cradling motion, as well as to secure the aircraft to walls and ceilings when used as anchors. Each of the above units is driven by flexible artificial muscles derived from third-generation Hexa Gear, and is capable of limited close-quarters combat.
In Valiant Force, it is mainly used for reconnaissance, and is an indispensable aircraft for field units, such as patrolling the outer edges of positions and acting as a scout ahead of advancing troops. It is also used by engineering units, which highly value its ability to work at high altitudes.
The Messerfloat is also useful for facility maintenance and guarding small settlements, and is rapidly spreading to general heterodox units these days. The number of these units is said to be too large to be explained by the outflow of captured units from the battlefield, and it should be assumed that MSG is putting them into overseas distribution channels with some intention. Many of these units are said to be controlled under KARMA.
The era of third-generation Hexa Gear advancing beyond the battlefield was about to begin.

■This is the fifth installment in the "Alternative" series of small models, themed on compact size, simple design, and ease of assembly. It can be easily assembled even by people who are making a plastic model for the first time, with an assembly process similar to that of a standard Governor.
■Transparent PET material is used for the wing parts to reduce weight. The base of the wing unit features a 3mm ball joint in addition to a 3mm shaft for articulation, allowing for a wide range of poses.
■Molded in three colors: green, gunmetal, and clear red, plus the clear PET material of the wings, it can be assembled to a finish close to the image. The green is the same molded color as the clothing of Early Governor Vol.3.
■The tip of the tail is articulated, and a clear red plasma torch effect part can be attached to the tip. The plasma torch unit can be removed and used as a weapon for the Governor.
■Can be combined with other series using the Hexagram System and 3mm holes. It can be enjoyed in combination with FA Girl, Megami Device, and other series.
