■Product Description
The birth of the SEXY Trueno.
The AE86 Trueno, which appeared in May 1983, dared to adopt a rear-wheel-drive layout at a time when front-wheel drive was the norm, and the engine was also changed from the 2T-G of the previous generation to the newly developed 4A-G. Along with its sibling car, the Levin, there were two body variations: a 3-door hatchback and a 2-door coupe. The model name changed depending on the engine installed, with the 4A-G equipped car being called the AE86 and the 1500cc 3A-U equipped car being called the AE85, and its popularity remains undiminished even today.
