The battleship "North Carolina" was the first battleship built by the U.S. Navy after the Naval Treaty, and was built 17 years after the "Colorado-class" battleships. Equipped with three 16-inch gun turrets with nine guns each, as well as 20 5-inch dual-purpose guns, radar, and other features, it was the most advanced battleship at the start of the Pacific War. The battleship "North Carolina," which can still be seen today, has been made into a 1/700 scale plastic model kit. With a parts configuration that focuses on the essentials, it is simple, easy to assemble, and accurately reproduces the ship.
