Built as one of 14 5500-ton class light cruisers. The Naka, the third ship of the Sendai-class light cruisers, is characterized by its four funnels, along with its sister ships. This is a 1/700 scale plastic model kit of the Naka. With a parts configuration that focuses on the essentials, it is simple, easy to assemble, and accurately reproduces the ship. Various fittings such as machine guns and searchlights have been newly designed and added. The precision and detail of the 1/700 scale are well expressed.
