■Product Description
A modern British sailing ship, its name is "Sir Winston Churchill"
In post-war Britain, public opinion called for the construction of large sailing ships, and the Sail Training Association collected donations from maritime organizations nationwide, with the Duke of Edinburgh as sponsor, to realize its construction in 1964. Britain was the one that proposed the large sailing ship races that began in 1955, but at the time Britain did not have any large sailing ships. It is a modern sailing ship characterized by its steel hull and light metal masts.
The kit offers a choice between a waterline model and a full-hull model.
