Lost dreams are linked across time! The legendary Arcee (prototype) appears in the "Missing Link" series, a hypothetical reissue of a toy that might have existed in that era. What if the Arcee that was never released at the time had been commercialized as a fully poseable toy? Imagining this, the toy has been commercialized with a completely new design that retains the size, texture, and nostalgia of the time!
In 1986, product development progressed to the point of a non-transforming polystyrene prototype, but the legendary Arcee was never released. What if product development had continued? Based on this hypothetical scenario, the toy has been created to match the size and basic structure using some die-cast alloy of the 1986 toy, with a newly implemented transformation mechanism, articulated joints for posing, and gimmicks depicted in the anime, resulting in the ideal Arcee toy that has finally arrived. The legendary piece that Transformers fans around the world have been waiting for is finally in place. This product reproduces the initial color scheme based on pink/orange, the same as the polystyrene prototype at the time. The head design is also based on the initial design. While thoroughly pursuing the styling of the time as interpreted from existing materials, each joint is constructed in a modern style, allowing for free posing. A small laser gun used in "The Movie" and other anime scenes is included, and can be attached to the underside or rear of the vehicle in vehicle mode. The robot body also has the familiar "secret emblem" attached, and the legion mark appears when warmed with your fingers. Foil stickers inspired by the design of the time are also included and can be applied as desired. The back is equipped with a joint hole for a separately sold stand, allowing it to be displayed in action poses. The package illustration is a newly drawn illustration inspired by the style of the time, and a collection card featuring the same illustration is also included. Every detail, from the packaging to the styrofoam tray, is a thorough homage to the style of the time, bringing back the excitement of opening a Transformers product in the 80s.
