The "Missing Link" series is a virtual reissue of a series that might have existed in that era. The ninth installment of this series features a set of "Bumblebee (anime type)" and "Cliffjumper (anime type)" and is called the "Cybertron Hero Set". New parts have been added, and Bumblebee and Cliffjumper are revived with anime coloring!
This product is a set of the products that appeared in 2024 as Missing Link C-03 Bumblebee and C-04 Cliffjumper, with some changes to the sculpting and the coloring changed to match the anime image. Bumblebee's head has been changed to a new sculpt that matches the anime image. The window part has been changed from the normal version's black to clear blue molding, giving it a more detailed look. The construction, which uses die-cast metal in some parts, remains the same, and it is possible to freely pose the figures with movable joints in each part. Bumblebee transforms into a Volkswagen Beetle, and the car mode is officially licensed by Volkswagen. Bumblebee comes with a laser gun, and Cliffjumper comes with a photon rifle. Both can be stored inside the car in vehicle mode. Cliffjumper also comes with the bazooka that made an appearance in the anime. The familiar "secret emblem" is attached to the main body, and when warmed with your finger, the legion mark appears. There is a joint hole on the back of the robot for a separately sold stand, allowing you to display it in action poses. The package illustration is inspired by the original, and two collection cards featuring the same illustration are also included. (Total height in robot mode: 76 mm each)
