■Product Description
The Matilda I was the first infantry tank developed in Britain during the interwar period. Equipped with only one heavy machine gun, this vehicle was extremely small and lightweight, and its development concept was a "mobile machine gun turret" for direct infantry support. During the Blitzkrieg in the West in 1940, its 65mm heavy frontal armor repelled German anti-tank shells, but with only one machine gun, it was unable to achieve any significant results, and the vehicle was quickly withdrawn from the front lines and used as a training vehicle in Britain.
