■Product Description
This is an improved version of the M113 armored personnel carrier used in the Vietnam War. It features curved armor plates around the commander's cupola and a gun shield added to the 12.7mm M2 heavy machine gun. Furthermore, some vehicles were equipped with additional M60 machine guns with gun shields on the hull, or had their defensive capabilities reinforced with wire mesh or sandbags. After 1965, the modified M113 became the basic form of the US military during the Vietnam War. Most of these modifications were carried out in Vietnam, with the 11th Armored Cavalry Division in the continental United States taking the lead in the modifications. After that, the modified M113 came to be called an Armored Cavalry Fighting Vehicle (ACAV). The M113 hull and the interior of the driver's and troop compartments are precisely reproduced using completely new molds, and the attachment of the machine gun and gun shield is optional. It also comes with 7 types of decals and various small arms.
