From the popular '80s anime series "Voltron," comes "Robo-Dou Voltron (Retro Toy Version)," a new color variation of the previously released "Robo-Dou Voltron" figure, featuring a plated finish reminiscent of the original toy released in 1981!
Like the previously released standard color version, "Robo-Dou Voltron (Retro Toy Version)" is a non-scale, fully articulated figure, standing approximately 27 cm (10.6 inches) tall in Voltron form. It features a die-cast internal frame. The classic plated silver finish, a highlight of this figure, creates a nostalgic retro look, and the included two sets of exclusive metallic stickers evoke the fun and joy of hand-finishing classic toys. The second set of metallic stickers can be applied to previously released "Robo-Dou Voltron" figures.
The threezero development team took great care in recreating this classic robot, Voltron. "Robo-Dou Voltron (Retro Toy Version)" maintains its retro look while offering a wider range of motion and a more reliable combination mechanism. "Robo-Dou Voltron (Retro Toy Version)" consists of five lion mechas that can be separated to recreate lion form or combined to create Voltron form. All five lion mechas are fully articulated figures, with die-cast metal parts used for some of the moving parts. Once the five mechas are combined, the entire body has a total of 124 points of articulation. In addition to the weapons for Voltron form, each lion mecha also comes with its own weapon set.
