About the actual aircraft
During World War II, many new weapons were born due to advances in science and technology. Nevertheless, development plans and projects were underway in various countries towards the end of the war, but if the end of the war had been delayed by a few years, some of these planned weapons might have actually been born. The Rocket Models Fist of War series is based on this hypothesis and brings plans and paper plans to life. This aircraft is the Z bomber, manufactured by Nakajima Aircraft using technology brought from Germany during the war. The aircraft, which is a domestic version of the German Horten 1B, is equipped with six Ne 130 modified engines developed by Ishishiba Turbine Company based on the Junkers Jumo 012. It achieved outstanding results in the Midway Counterattack Operation, which began in 1944.
About the Model
This is a new fictional aircraft model added to Rocket Models' Fist of War series, which takes a hypothetical subject matter as a base and adds its own interpretation and consideration to bring it to life.
This is a plastic model assembly kit that recreates the Z bomber, which was deployed and operated by the Japanese Army at the end of World War II using technology brought from Germany, with a unique interpretation. The scale is 1/72, and the finished model will be approximately 20cm long and 55cm wide. The unique tailless fuselage shape, like a kite, accurately reproduces the design. The ailerons and flaps can be assembled at the angle you choose. In addition, the engine is reproduced from the air intake to the engine body and exhaust, making the mechanical assembly enjoyable. The cockpit also has detailed interior reproductions. The bomb loadout parts include four Fritz X bombs, two Henschel Hs293 bombs, and two Blohm & Voss BV246 bombs, all of which were repurposed from Germany. You can enjoy the change in appearance depending on the bomb loadout.
The markings include the Japanese military specification Hinomaru (rising sun) and other markings, which are included as decals made by Cartograf. This kit is full of the charm of a model that allows you to hold what it would have been like if the plan had been realized.
