■Product Description
The SSR bit is a mini-router tip tool that allows you to file in tight spaces and deep recesses where it was previously impossible to file by rotating a sponge sandpaper attached perpendicular to the direction of rotation.
The sponge sandpaper is a sponge sandpaper with adhesive on the back, cut to 5Φ for easy attachment to the SSR bit mandrel. Four different grits (#400, #600, #800, #1000) are available for use depending on the application.
The set includes one SSR bit mandrel and one sheet (96 pieces) of each grit of sponge sandpaper, for a total of four sheets.
＜Features of the SSR bit＞
・No stroke is required for filing; you can file simply by applying it.
・Because it is a sponge sandpaper, it is soft to the touch and can be used on a variety of surfaces.
・The adhesive on the back of the sponge sandpaper is a special adhesive that is easy to attach, does not shift easily, and peels off cleanly.
・Four grit sizes are available to suit different uses: #400, #600, #800, and #1000.
・Suitable for both dry and wet sanding.
