■Product Description
A new lineup of plastic kits for the ""201 series commuter train"" has arrived!
This set allows you to recreate the vehicles produced in the early stages of production, and in addition to the final appearance, you can also recreate the appearance from the JNR era to the early JR era without the skirt.
Enjoy it in combination with the separately sold lead car/intermediate car set.
Set Features
・Recreates the 201 series that was active on the Chuo Line Rapid and Ome-Itsukaichi Line, sporting the vermilion orange color.
・Each part is pre-colored with molded colors, so you can achieve the finished product just by assembling it. This design is also convenient as it reduces the need for masking work when painting.
・The chopper control device (CH1/CH1-G2) and large capacitor box installed on the early cars have been completely newly manufactured. (Moha 201/Moha 200)
・To allow you to choose whether or not to have a skirt, the piping stays for the lead cars and the body supports with ATS-B on-board equipment have been newly created with new molds. You can recreate the appearance from the JNR era to the early JR era.
・In addition to the AU75M for reproducing the early models, a stainless steel AU75G type cooler is also included. You can choose according to the vehicle you are reproducing.
・A retractable PS23 pantograph is included. (Moha 201/Moha 200)
・Interior details such as seats and hand straps are included. Full detail expression is possible.
・A special decal set has been newly created to include destination signs and headmarks of the 201 series, including the Chuo Line Rapid Service.
・A brake control device for lightly equipped cars is included as an appendix.
・By using the separately sold ""201 Series Running Kit A (Kuha 201/Kuha 200)"" / ""201 Series Running Kit A (Moha 201/Moha 200)"", it can be operated as 16mm (HO) gauge.
※This kit alone cannot be used for operation. For operational use, please purchase the ""201 Series Operational Kit"" and commercially available bogies and couplers in addition to this product.
