The "Orbit Electric Pin Vise" is a pin vise specializing in model making, combining electric and manual modes. Its high-precision transmission structure suppresses wobble, achieving stable drilling with concentricity of 0.05mm or less. The low rotation speed (240 RPM) and high torque design provide excellent operability, and it works with a wide range of materials including plastic, wood, resin, and soft metals while suppressing heat generation. The unique anti-rotation bit structure prevents the bit from spinning freely, allowing for accurate drilling at the desired location.
Furthermore, the one-touch electric/manual switching allows for use from processing to finishing with a single unit. It can flexibly handle fine adjustments and delicate work. Its compact and lightweight design reduces fatigue even during long work sessions and makes it highly portable. In addition, the battery allows for up to approximately 120 minutes of continuous use, and the design supports use while charging, allowing for comfortable use without interrupting work.
By attaching the adapter included in the separately sold "Driver Bit Set," it can also be used as an electric screwdriver. The dedicated storage case can hold up to 20 3.175mm bits, and with the dedicated holder, it can hold up to 40 bits, offering high organizational and expandability. It comes in two colors: "Red" and "Gray".

■Electric pin vise with low rotation, high torque, and high precision compact design
It adopts the principle of reverse eccentric shaft* and integrates an elastic positioning sleeve.
Equipped with two high-precision bearings, it suppresses wobble and vibration of the motor output shaft.
*Orbit motors have a slight eccentricity (wobble) due to their structure. In this product, this amount of eccentricity is defined as "x". This is a mechanism that cancels out the motor's inherent eccentricity by incorporating a dedicated eccentric shaft part designed based on this value, deliberately eccentric in the opposite direction.
■Adopts custom geared mode
The low rotation setting allows for more precise and stable operation, reducing the risk of drill bit breakage.
It also generates less heat, preventing melting and whitening of plastic parts.
Compatible materials: Plastic, wood, soft metal, etc.
■Anti-rotation bit system prevents bit slippage
When drilling holes with a large diameter drill, there is a problem of the bit slipping easily in the chuck.
This product allows you to insert a flat shank bit (sold separately) into the groove at the bottom of the chuck, so that the main body and the drill bit interlock securely like a key and a lock.
By tightening the chuck and cap, slippage during drilling is reliably prevented.
■One-touch mode switching
Orbit is equipped with a physical slide switch, allowing you to switch between electric mode and manual mode with a single touch.
In manual mode, there is less wobble, ensuring stable operation.
■Can also be used as an electric screwdriver
By attaching a conversion adapter and a magnetic screwdriver bit, it can also be used as an electric screwdriver.
