Single-edged nippers, characterized by their exceptional sharpness that leaves no white marks when cutting plastic model parts, are now an indispensable tool for beautifully finishing plastic models.
To achieve this sharpness, the blades are thin and sharp, and the opposing blades are flat like a cutting board.
However, because plastic model runners are very hard, thin blades wear out easily, and it is difficult to use them for a long time while maintaining sharpness.
Sustaina Nipper Advance is a single-edged nipper that allows you to replace the blade like a design knife and restore it to like-new sharpness.
The blade can be easily replaced by simply loosening the bolt.
By replacing only the cutting blade, you can reduce maintenance costs while continuing to use it with sharp cutting performance.

■Industry First! ! Single-edged nipper with replaceable cutting blade
"Sustaina Nipper Advance" is the industry's first nipper specifically for models that uses replaceable blades.
Even if the blade breaks or becomes dull, you can restore the same nippers to like-new sharpness by replacing the blade with a new one. The body is made of stainless steel and the blade is made of tungsten, so it is rust-resistant, requires little maintenance, and can be used for a long time.
■Easy-to-replace sliding mechanism (patented)
The replacement blade has a special U-shape and can be easily pulled out by simply loosening the screw on the fixing plate. When setting a new blade, slide it into the gap in the fixing plate and insert it all the way in, then tighten the screw to complete the replacement. The fixing plate has an anti-rotation mechanism that firmly clamps the blade into the nipper body without any gaps.
In addition, it is equipped with a stopper that allows for high-precision adjustment of the cutting blade's alignment, so adjustments can be made if there are individual differences in the replacement blades.
■Grip designed for comfort
Through extensive research and analysis of the force applied to the hand, we have developed a grip shape that is easy to hold. It fits the lines of your fingers, making it less tiring to use for long periods of time and allowing for a stable hold. Furthermore, it effectively transmits thumb pressure to the cutting blade, allowing you to cut gates with minimal effort. Additionally, attaching a finger rest attachment to the rear of the grip increases the grip on the nippers, providing a more stable user experience.
After use, it can be safely stored with the included protective cap.

The specially designed replaceable blades provide sharpness comparable to ordinary single-edged nippers. Both the body and the cutting blade are made of high-rigidity material, ensuring sharp cutting performance from tip to base. It can also cut plastics with a thickness of approximately 3mm, such as runners.
The thin, hard cutting blade results in a clean finish with minimal whitening of the cut surface.
■Convenient 2-way screwdriver for blade replacement!
The "Sustaina Nipper Advance" comes with a dedicated 2-way screwdriver. It integrates two types of screwdrivers: one for blade replacement and another for fine-tuning the blade alignment.
The tips are magnetic and detachable.
■Includes a cap to protect the blades
The "Sustaina Nipper Advance" comes with a dedicated cap. When attached to the nipper body, a space is created between the inside of the cap and the tip of the blade, preventing impact from being transmitted to the blade and protecting it.
It can be easily removed when in use.
