This 1/43 scale model is of the Nissan Gloria (Y31 model), the 8th generation since the first generation during the Prince era. This car, a sister car to the Cedric, was widely used not only as a private car but also as a working vehicle such as a taxi or police car. Both sedan and hardtop versions were available, with the hardtop being more commonly used for private use and the sedan more commonly used by corporations. This model features two different grades: Brougham VIP (Black) and CLASIC SV (Dark Blue Pearl). The wheel shape and various emblems differ.
