A truck driver.
He was the driver of a bonneted truck when he died in a traffic accident. At the time, he was thrown through the windshield and to the front of the vehicle, sustaining injuries.
He then rolled on the ground, further damaging himself. A zombie with a contrasting halves of his body, one unharmed and the other severely injured.
Includes protruding internal organs and a cap. The package box is the size of a VHS video case, making it easy to collect.
