[Product Details]
● This product is the second installment of our 1:700 Imperial Japanese Navy Ship Etching Parts General-Purpose Window Frame Set, intended to help you refine the bridge section. This time, we have prepared window frames in heights of 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, and 1.4 mm. For heights of 1.0 mm and 0.7 mm, please purchase the first installment (MDF-144).
● Three types of window frame spacing are available: 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, and 1.0 mm. On bridges with angular planar shapes, the vertical window frames typically overlap the corners. By selecting parts that match the horizontal spacing as closely as possible for the front, diagonal front, and sides of the bridge, and attaching them individually, you can eliminate any inconsistencies.
● 30 types of size check gauges are provided to easily measure the size of the bridge of your plastic model. These are also compatible with the first release. If the size does not match, please adjust the plastic model to match the height.
● Window frame etching parts for the bridge of the Takao-class heavy cruiser "Chokai" are also included. Please check that they match your kit before use. These parts are used by bending them. Recessed molds are engraved on the back of the parts to make it easier to bend them in the designated position. An arrow is engraved on the bottom of the part to indicate the bending position, so please refer to it.
● Please use instant adhesive, epoxy adhesive, etc. for bonding.
