■Product Description
The 7th installment of the "Planosaurus" brand, which lets you "get to know" dinosaurs with your own hands, features the Pteranodon, a representative of the flying pterosaurs!
■You can learn about the internal structure of the dinosaur with "Skeleton Build".
■The appearance of the dinosaur is restored using the unique specifications of plastic models, where the outer skin parts are attached over the skeleton with "Dinosaur Build".
■It can be easily assembled as no tools such as nippers or glue are required.
■The huge beak, with its delicate skeleton covered in sturdy keratin, is three-dimensionally reproduced based on the latest scientific theories, including the structure inside the mouth.
■The wing membrane, which is symbolic of pterosaurs, realistically expresses the flow of strong fibrous material on the surface.
■The "wing ribs," which are unique to pterosaurs and are said to have been used as elevators, are reproduced in a form based on the latest reconstructions.
■The special skeletal structure in which the scapula and dorsal vertebrae form joints to produce powerful flapping wings is also faithfully reproduced.
■"Landing state" can be reproduced by selecting parts. It is possible to recreate the wrinkles in the wing membrane when the wings are folded, and the state when the feet are on the ground with the heels touching the ground.
■By using the base, it is possible to display it in a flying pose.
