■Product Description
We are pleased to announce a new product from Czech company Miniwing: a 1/144 scale de Havilland Sea Vixen FAW.2 3D printed kit. The Sea Vixen was a British Royal Navy all-weather carrier-based fighter aircraft. The DH.110, a prototype for the Air Force that first flew in 1951, was converted for the Navy in the late 1950s, and the first Sea Vixen FAW.1 flew in 1957. When the improved multirole FAW.2 appeared in 1962, 29 newly manufactured aircraft and 67 aircraft converted from FAW.1s were deployed until 1972. This kit comes with one set of British Royal Navy decals, and when completed, it will be approximately 118mm in length and 108mm in wingspan. Despite its compact 1/144 scale, the parts have sharp detail, and the included decals are clearly printed. This kit is also suitable for dioramas.
