■Product Description
The product we are offering today is a figure of a one-year volunteer soldier of the Austro-Hungarian Imperial Army (Hungarian Regiment) from the 1890s. The kit precisely reproduces the details of the uniform based on photographs of people from that time: the jacket is the M1881 "Skeleton Attila" unique to the Hungarian regiment, the trousers are "Hungarian" with decorative laces, the cap has the M1891 emblem, and the belt has the M1892 buckle.
*The one-year volunteer system was a volunteer system implemented from the Prussian to the German Empire. Unlike the regular conscription system, volunteers could shorten their regular military service by bearing the costs of food, equipment, and clothing themselves, and those who completed their service period had the opportunity to become reserve officers.
