■Product Description
Introducing a new product from Dream Models of China: a 1/700 scale Russian Navy Steregushchiy-class 20380 frigate waterline model. Designed as a stealth ship, the main hull of this class is made of steel and divided into nine watertight compartments. Composite materials are used in the superstructure, and the adoption of new steel materials for the main hull has resulted in a reduction in hull weight. The main propulsion system is a CODAD (Combined Diesel And Diesel) system with four Kolomna 16D49 diesel engines driving two fixed-pitch propellers, and it is also equipped with a retractable azimuth thruster as an emergency propulsion system. The armament includes one 100mm single-barrel gun, two 30mm CIWSs, twelve 3K96 Redut anti-aircraft missile VLS cells, two quadruple 3M24 uranium anti-ship missile launchers, and two quadruple torpedo tubes. This kit includes injection-molded parts, metal gun barrels, photo-etched parts, painting mask stickers, and multiple Russian Navy decals. Furthermore, to reproduce the details more precisely, parts such as the bridge, guns, radar, and Ka-27 anti-submarine helicopter are 3D printed.
