Therefore, the first step was a meticulous restoration of the base vehicle, carried out by Garage Yoshida in Nara. All parts were removed from the vehicle down to the last screw, leaving it in a completely bare chassis state. After removing rust and other contaminants, the vehicle was put through a 3D alignment tester to correct the body to the same condition as when it was new. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eA 2.8-liter MB5 engine, assembled by Mine's using all of their past know-how, was mounted on this body. In addition to ROM tuning, it incorporates the latest technologies, such as R35 injectors and an airflow meter. HICAS has been cancelled, and the transmission remains a 5-speed, emphasizing a primitive feel.
