■Product Description
This Shine Blade features two types of blades on the front and back: an ultra-coarse #240 equivalent and an ultra-fine #1500 equivalent, making it unbeatable in Shine Blade history! The refined cutting performance remains the same!
●Unlike conventional files that use a chisel to create teeth, the grooves are cut with a CNC milling machine to create the file teeth! As a result of grinding away the surface, the surface becomes extremely refined, resulting in excellent cutting performance!
●With conventional files, when a chisel is driven in, the bottom of the teeth becomes V-shaped as shown in the diagram above, making it difficult for shavings to escape and causing clogging. However, the teeth obtained by cutting with a CNC milling machine have a rounded and wide bottom, making them less prone to clogging, and even if they appear clogged, the debris can be easily removed by brushing them away!
●The double teeth have cutting power, and the single teeth provide a clean finish, resulting in significantly improved work efficiency! Made of rust-resistant stainless steel, it can be washed with water, allowing you to always work in a clean condition!
