Spot Model is a Spanish manufacturer that develops and releases various photo reference books, special decal sets, and detail-up parts that are useful for model making, mainly for car and motorcycle models. The detail-up parts set offered by Spot Model is the DecalCast brand parts.
This set is a set of detail-up parts that can be used with the 1/12 scale Yamaha YZR-M1 2007 kit (BX13002) released by Platz/BEEMAX. The parts reproduce the front and rear brake discs and brake calipers. In order to accurately reproduce the details of the brake calipers, the mounting nuts, hydraulic connectors, and brake pads are printed as separate parts in this parts set. An improved mounting plate for the rear caliper is also included. All parts are made with 3D printing and express delicate details that cannot be obtained with the kit parts.
