【About the actual vehicle】
Deployed in 1937, the Panzer III was one of the main battle tanks of the German army throughout World War II, undergoing continuous improvements. Among the many types that appeared, the Ausf. N was based on the J, L, and M types and equipped with a short-barreled 7.5cm gun. 663 units were produced from June 1942 to August 1943, and then 37 more were converted to the Ausf. N based on vehicles that had returned for repairs until 1944. Ultimately, a total of 700 units were produced. The main gun was the 7.5cm KwK37L/24, which was surplus because the Panzer IV, originally intended to be equipped with this gun, was instead fitted with the long-barreled KwK40. This gun was then mounted on the Panzer III Ausf. J, L, and M. The resulting Ausf. N, the final production model of the Panzer III, proved effective not only in fire support but also in anti-tank warfare. It was also deployed to heavy tank battalions to compensate for the shortage of Tiger tanks, and continued to see action on various fronts until the end of the war, including the Battle of Kursk, considered the largest tank battle in history, on the Eastern Front.

【About the Model】
This model is a 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the Panzer III, one of the main battle tanks of the German army in World War II. It models the Ausf. N, which was equipped with a short-barreled 7.5cm gun. It reproduces the appearance with Schurzen (side skirts) that appeared in the Battle of Kursk. This kit features a manageable number of parts, making it easy for beginner modelers to tackle. The turret, hull, and undercarriage are reproduced with sufficient realism when assembled. The tracks use an easy-to-assemble belt type. Details such as bolts and weld marks on the hull are reproduced with great detail. The turret can be rotated even after completion. The commander's hatch can be assembled in either the open or closed position, and one tank crew figure is also included. The markings reproduce a vehicle that participated in the Battle of Kursk in August 1943, considered the largest tank battle in history. This is a kit that even beginner modelers can easily enjoy.
