【About the actual vehicle】
Michael Wittmann, the Tiger tank ace whose name is known to all military fans. In Operation Barbarossa, which began in June 1941, he participated as the commander of a Sturmgeschütz III. He showed early signs of being an ace by destroying enemy tanks, and from 1942 he was assigned to a Tiger I and became a tank commander, where he truly demonstrated his abilities. On August 8, 1944, a unit led by Wittmann, consisting of four Tiger I tanks, encountered enemy tanks on their way to the front lines. Wittmann and his crew were killed in action under concentrated fire. The last tank that Wittmann, who recorded the destruction of approximately 135 enemy tanks, was in was of course a late-production Tiger I. Its turret number was "007". Even the hull, which was equipped with thick armor reaching up to 100 mm, could not withstand the shelling of enemy tanks, including the Sherman Firefly.

【About the Model】
The model is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the late-production Tiger I.

In addition, the gun barrel is made of machined aluminum, and the muzzle brake is made of 3D printed material with the internal rifling reproduced. The tow cable and tracks, made of copper wire that easily blends with the hull, are assembled Magic Tracks. This is a luxurious kit that you won't want to miss, as it also includes four tank crew figures, which are essential for diorama creation, as bonus parts.
The hull and turret are also modeled with Zimmerit coating. The torsion bar suspension is movable, and together with the Magic Tracks, the realism of the undercarriage is further enhanced. Decals are provided for Wittmann's last Tiger, tank number 007 of the 101st Heavy Tank Battalion, as well as the markings for tank number 009. The box art features an illustration by Bolstad.
