The Honda sports car was first unveiled as a prototype in 1962. The first production model was the S500, which, as its name suggests, was equipped with a 500cc engine, but in 1964 the S600 with an enlarged displacement appeared, and the following year it reached the 800cc S800. Packed with innovative mechanisms such as a DOHC engine with four carburetors and chain drive (up to the early S800 models), the S series is considered a historically significant car as the first Japanese car to attract attention from overseas car fans for its driving performance.
TLV produced the S600/S800 Coupe in 2012, and the open-body S600 and S800 in 2022, but this time a new specification of the S800 is available. This model is designed for the closed state and comes with a black soft top and a white hard top. You can swap out the parts to suit your preference. Enjoy the history of Honda sports cars, both old and new, together with the NSX and S2000 currently available in the TLV-NEO series, as well as the S series itself.
