The F512 M, which began production in 1994, debuted as the final evolution of the Testarossa, which was announced in 1984. The exterior was significantly changed from its predecessor, the 512TR, and was characterized by fixed headlights, a front mask that shared an image with Ferrari cars of the same period, and round four-lamp taillights. The F512 M was also greatly improved in terms of driving performance with increased engine output, changed gear ratios, and weight reduction, and it is still attracting attention today due to its high level of perfection, rarity (only 501 units produced), and history as the final Ferrari to be equipped with a 180-degree V12 engine.
