The history of the rotary engine, which had been temporarily interrupted with the end of production of the RX-7, resumed with the RX-8 that appeared in 2003. In order to embody Mazda's vision of a sports car, despite being a 4-door, 4-seater, a compact rotary engine was indispensable. The RX-8, which evolved to suit the 21st century while retaining the image of Mazda's successive sports cars, underwent major changes to its interior and exterior in 2008 and was produced until 2012, and is known as the last rotary sports car to date.
In August 2024, TLV-NEO produced the late model RX-8 with a new mold.The hood can be opened and closed, and the engine cover is removable, allowing you to see inside the engine compartment.The new navy blue color was the main color when the late model debuted. Enjoy it along with the black body that was often seen on the streets.
