The Isuzu Elf will celebrate its 65th anniversary in 2024. The first generation model, with its impressive robot-like face, not only promoted the use of diesel engines in small trucks but is also a famous vehicle that established the format for Japanese small trucks that continues to this day. After its birth in 1959, it underwent various changes, such as modifications to the front grille, and in 1965 the headlights were changed to a four-lamp type. It was a long-selling model until it was replaced by the second generation in 1968.
In the 1/64 scale TLV series, we have produced low-bed trucks, vacuum trucks, and high-bed trucks. This time, we are newly releasing the garbage truck (LV-208a). The LV-208a is in Amagasaki City Sanitation Bureau specifications. The subdued coloring evokes the 1960s. Please add it to your collection.
