We are releasing a model of the Ferrari BB512, the star of the supercar boom. BB is an abbreviation for Berlinetta Boxer, and it featured an innovative layout with a horizontally opposed 12-cylinder engine mounted mid-ship. The BB debuted in '73 as the 365GT/4BB and evolved into the BB512 in '76. The rear overhang was extended, and it can be distinguished from the 365 by the arrangement of the taillights and muffler. Its top speed of 302 km/h also captivated people.
In expanding the Ferrari lineup in the TLV-NEO series, we are releasing models of the successive BB models. Since the BB was produced for more than 10 years in total across all models, you can enjoy the differences in atmosphere that correspond to each era. In addition, in order to reproduce the horizontally opposed engine from which the car got its name, the rear cowl is openable.
