■Product Description
The M93R is a pistol for VIP protection and special operations. Based on the same Model 92 as the M9, this model features a long barrel and long magazine, and is a selective fire model capable of semi-automatic and 3-round bursts. The kit reproduces various shapes of the M9 and M93R. Three shapes are reproduced: hammer raised and lowered, and slide front and rear. An optional M9 bayonet is available, which can be attached to the M4A1 Type 2.0 released at the same time.
About the M9 & M93R Types
The M9 is the standard issue pistol of the US military. It is an Italian-made pistol that was adopted in 1985 as a replacement for the M1911A1, which had been the standard issue pistol of the US military for over 70 years.
While it is solidly finished to world standard specifications such as 9mm caliber, 15-round magazine capacity, short recoil system, and double-action trigger, it also features unique design features that stand out, such as the slide with a large cutout to prevent ejection failures.
